Private entrance 24/24. The facilities make your stay even more enjoyable : American bar, kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, microwave, large closet, double showers, sink, separated WC, comfortable bed for 2, TV, WiFi. The floor is made of polished granite from Viet-Nam, of a most beautiful effect. A large bay window fitted with electric shutters opens on the private terrace, the garden and the summer swimming pool ( open end of June to end of September). You have private access 24/24 to the studio, the terrace, the sauna, the hot tub and shared access to the swimming pool opened in summer (end of June to end of September), the garden and the parking in the courtyard. For your comfort and your better enjoyment we strongly recommend that you come by car, the bus being infrequent and remote from town center. A parking space is available in the courtyard of the property. Your access to the studio and the parking is available 24/24. We will be present to welcome you and introduce you to the equipment, hot tub and sauna. The property is at the heart of a very quiet residential area of high standing villas and greenery, close to amenities : basic shops (bakery, newspaper bar, fine grocery, hairdresser) and bus stop by foot, City Hall and, by car, shopping center, restaurants, post office, Bank, etc. For a full benefit of your stay and an easier access to the whole potential of the area, we strongly recommend to come by car. Geneva is at 10 min. by car, skiing at 30 min., the most reputable ski resorts at less than 1 hour : Grand Massif, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz, and also Les Gets, Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Houches and Chamonix Mont-Blanc. Basic fitness facilities are at your disposal on request. During your stay, please: - respect the ambient calm after 10 pm - do not wear shoes in the studio to protect the granite's veneer - use the showers before each visit in the hot tub and the sauna and do not introduce any foreign matter in the hot tub such as cosmetics, soap, shampoo, feet dust, etc. We will be grateful to you.
