This place will be your home away from home! Clean, modern, and comfy! Close to the beach, the subway station, and Emart! In addition, this building is registered in compliance with laws and regulations of Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea to protect your safety from unexpected incidents. The building is brand new and super clean and it brings bright sunshine during the day time. I have 1 queen sized bed, 1 super single sized bed and a sofa-bed. Also, extra latex mattresses can be provided if you need. Contact me if you need a parking spot. I interact with my guests as much as my guests want to interact with me. I stay near the building and available to answer any questions regarding my city and how to get around it. There are many popular restaurants near my place. The nearest subway station is Jungdong St. Exit 7. A Convenience store is 30 secs walk from the building and E-mart is 1 min walk from the building.
