Spacious 3bdr home between City & Beach
My place is conveniently situated half way between the city and beach on a quiet street, less than a 10 minute drive to the airport, Entertainment Centre and supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to Linear park/Torrens river/bike trail, public transport, playground, public tennis courts, restaurants and 24 hr OTR. My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Our house has an open plan well equipped kitchen with seating and TV which opens up to our backyard. There is also a seprate living area with lounges and TV. The three large bedrooms all have a queen size bed with the main bedroom having access to the two-way bathroom. Separate toilet and vanity. You're welcome to use the washing maching & iron/ironing board in the laundry if you wish, with the clothes lines out the back. A porta cot and high chair are always on hand. Space for one vehicle in drive-way plus street parking in front. Guests will have full access to our home. Guests are welcome to call or email us with any queries. Enjoy a short drive into the city, the beach (Henley Square or Grange) or enjoy a stroll or an easy bike ride along the linear trail which leads to the closeby Brickworks shopping centre (Woolworths, Big W, speciality shops), the City and Henley Beach. You can see the public tennis courts and playground from our place. Our place is a 5-10min drive/taxi to the airport and plenty of bus public transport options or tram from the Entertainment Centre into the City (free) or Glenelg. It is self entry occupancy.
