Pleasant mountain house, all comfort, 160 m2, with views of the ski slopes. Near Ax les Thermes, Ariège, Andorra, Spain, just 2 hours from Toulouse and 1h30 from Carcassonne. The house is located in Comus (Pyrenees), a small village at 1240 m altitude in the department of Aude. In good weather, a large terrace with barbecue will allow you to take your meals outside, quiet. In winter, the lounge area in front of the fireplace will welcome you warmly. House on 3 levels (2 to 11 people) 1st level: - An entry, ideal to put skis, jackets ... 2nd level: - A living room, fully equiped kitchen with back kitchen which includes microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, raclette service, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner and necessary cleaning, flat screen tv with dvd player, radiators, fireplace and grill kit available. (wood not provided, possibility of delivery on site within one hour) -Large balcony with barbecue (table and chairs available on sunny days) 3rd level: - Bathroom with bath, hair dryer, towels provided. - 1st bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a bed 90 for children. - 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 140, books and board games available. - 3rd bedroom with 1 bed 140 - 4th bedroom with 1 bed 140. - Sheets, bolsters, cushions and duvets provided for all beds. - Iron and ironing board. -Electricity: The electricity meter will be check at the arrival and departure of travelers. The electricity consumption will be due the day of departure on the basis of 0,15 € / KWh. -No cleaning fee (Optional and on request, at the time of booking, I can add a cleaning fee, if you do not want to do) Whole houses available outside the garage. I will not be present at home, you will be welcomed by my co-host. I am available for travelers before, during, and after their stay by SMS email or phone. Beautiful sites such as the Gorges de la Frau, Talc de Luzenac deposit, Pas de l'Ours (Montségur view point) .... At the Portes de l'Ariège, the Pic du Saint Barthélemy (2300m), you can still listen to the deer's slab, pick up wild berries, mushrooms or simply enjoy the unspoilt landscape of the Plateau de Sault.
