Casa Emilia boasts an enchanting view on the lake, it’s located on a small hill immersed in the quietness of a wide olive grove with a spectacular lake view. Casa Emilia is not just an apartment, it's an experience, it's light, space, aromas and pleasure for your eyes and senses. It boasts 2 big double bedrooms and 1 small with 2 bulk beds, 1,5 bathrooms a kitchen and a separate spacious lounge. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, sunbeds and a beach umbrella for the hot days. Our guests will be able to use the private parking which is next to the apartment. The access to the olive trees garden is also allowed. In this garden you can sometimes find some horses, so if you're not familiar with this beautiful animal you can ask the owners (living in the apartment on top of Casa Emilia) to show you how to deal with them and appreciate their presence. We will be available to assist our guests with whatever they might need to make their stay the most comfortable ever. The house is located in a fantastic location with a stunning view of the lake, you'll fall in love with this place, just like many others have already done. Private parking is available inside the property, the pier from where you can get the ferry for a tour around the lake is just a few minutes from the house. The municipal office of Riva di Solto applies the destination fee of €1,00 per person per night payable cash at the arrival.
