Independent, recently renovated, furnished with care, it has a living area of 75 m2 on two levels. You can enjoy breakfast and meals on the terrace, contemplate the garden from your deckchairs, hike from the cottage on foot or by mountain bike and, in the surrounding area, depending on the season and your preferences, indulge in various activities: nautical (swimming in lake, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, water sports center), horse riding, tree climbing, golf, fishing, mushrooms. In addition, the house is located at the crossroads of three departments (Corrèze, Cantal, Puy de Dôme) with very diverse tourist characteristics.
