Anchor's Ahoy is a completely renovated 2 bed, 1.5 bath house with a private pontoon, wrap-around undercover balcony, air con and a fully equipped custom-built kitchen. All guests 16 years and older are required to be fully vaccinated. We're only a phone call away for anything you need. Spencer is located on the north bank of the Hawkesbury River. It’s a small town with less than 1,000 residents. SPENCER VILLAGE STORE Just 100 metres from Anchor’s Ahoy, the store supplies limited groceries, alcohol, bait for fishing and has seating for coffee, breakfast and lunch dining options. The NSW Food Authority recently gave the shop a very rare 5 star rating for hygiene and food safety. SPENCER THAI Open Wednesday to Sunday nights, 5-7pm. HAWKESBURY RIVER HIRE BOATS This local boat hire company is just around the corner and they offer half day and full day rentals at competitive prices (no boat license required). They also have fishing rod rental available and a storefront with fantastic souvenirs to remember your time in Spencer. You will need a car to get to and from Spencer. Please note that we, the owners of this property, take the health and wellbeing of our valued guests, very very seriously. *COVID-19 CLEANING PROTOCOLS* Our husband and wife cleaning duo, carry out a full and thorough cleaning program which includes COVID-19 treatment. This is carried out in between guests leaving and new guests arriving. The treatment includes the wiping down of all areas using Netbiokem commercial grade disinfectant. This disinfectant kills COVID-19 in 2 minutes and is Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Approved for COVID-19 claim (ARTG No. 336972). *COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT* For the health and safety of all our valued guests, our family, neighbours and local community, it is now a prerequisite for all guests, 16 years and older, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination certification, therefore, must be presented for ALL guests, 16 years and older, prior to the booking going ahead. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. *CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES* Given our extra cleaning processes, we can no longer allow early arrivals/late departures. Check-in is from 3pm onwards and check-out is by 11am. Our cleaning team needs 4 full hours to throughly clean the property, including wiping down every possible surface.
