This former farmhouse has been converted into two apartments (ITA356 and ITA357) and is set in the hills, about 6 km from Anghiari. This split-level apartment has a spacious living/ dining space with high ceilings and mezzanine. One of the bedrooms, with bathroom is located on this higher floor and is equipped with air-conditioning. The two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor where there is one further bathroom. Overall the property has been decorated to a good spec whilst very much in keeping with the traditional Italian style. The communal facilities on this property include a large, bright room with games corner, table tennis, table football. The grounds are accessible to all guests, there is a barbeque, a lovely pool with a panoramic terrace, the views of the Tiber Valley will not disappoint. The location is ideal for relaxing and for walks in the romantic countryside. In the immediate vicinity are several interesting medieval towns such as Monterchi (6 km), Citerna (6 km), Sansepolcro (12 km) and Anghiari (6 km), all with picturesque squares and alleys, museums, galleries, bars, trattorias and colourful weekly market. The cities of Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno are less than an hour’s drive away. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own.
