The second bedroom is double bottom with single top bunk. Third small room is set up as a day bed, reading couch.. bay view. Single bed can be made up here. Stunning, newly renovated bathroom, walk in shower and luxury bath. Laundry with a washing machine off the car port. No wifi. Switch off and feel the serenity or hot spot your phone if needed. 5mins from St Helens bike trails and town centre. Same distance to the incredible beaches along St Helens Point Road. We have some books, cards, board games, colouring pens and books. Big tree swing and bush block to explore. The deck faces the bay and you will not see any neighbours from the private large bush block. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm. We don’t live locally but I have a contact if an emergency arises Stiegletz runs down George’s bay and is perfectly located close to St Helens town centre and the bike trails. With the beautiful less busy beaches of Beerbarel, Maurouard, Blanche beach and the Peron Dunes. Two caravan parks either side with food options. The huge bush block has direct access to George’s Bay where the still bay water provides a peaceful spot to picnic or fish if it takes you. Having your own car is the best way to get around this area. Wood heater only at the moment. Please don’t try the radiator heating, they leak and need repairing. The toilet runs on septic, so only the three P’s - pee, 💩 and paper 🙃.
