The Cupar House. Bright and spacious home/garden.

Historic detached House with a lovely, secluded, mature garden. 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite). Patio doors onto garden with garden seating. Off street private parking and plenty of free on street parking too. Easy access to Cupar, Perth, Edinburgh, Dundee, St-Andrews, etc.. An excellent base for golfing holiday in the beautiful Kingdom of Fife. Cupar train station is 10 minutes walk away. We have BT unlimited fibre broadband, BT TV and also freeview. No pets please. I bought this house 12 years ago and renovated it fully at that time. It's an old lodge house and I designed and added a large extension which houses the living and dining rooms with patio doors out to the lawn and private garden. It's a 4 bedroom house and offers a great big space for social time together through the day/evening. Host a dinner party. The space is perfect for it and the kitchen is a dream to work in! You'll have the whole place to yourselves. It's a bit of a bargain if there's only 1 or 2 people. But I'm giving AirBnB a bash to 'see how it goes', until I find my feet in the world of AirBnB in Fife. I have a property in the Highlands and I've done this there for years (usually through Home/Away website), but The Cupar house as an AirBnb is a new project for me. Although it says I won't be available in person, if there were to be any problems, I can be with you within half an hour most of the time. And you can always get me on the phone if you have any queries. The Cupar house is situated in a residential area of cupar, on the road which leads out towards Newburgh. If you walk in one direction you'll be in the centre of town in 5 minutes, with shops, pubs, and supermarkets. If you walk the other you can be out of town, on little farm roads amongst fields in 5 minutes. Cupar public swimming pool and leisure centre is only 5 minutes walk away. There are tennis courts and playing fields, literally around the corner. And a park for the children across the road and around the corner. Cupar is the perfect base to explore Fife from. Parking on the property for 1 car and if you really wanted to, you could fit 2. But there is ample parking further along the street. There are no parking charges. The base price is for up to 2 guests. Additional guests will incur an additional cost which is automatically accounted for when you search any number greater than two guests. The changearound (cleaning/laundry costs) remain the same regardless of the number of guests. I am happy to discuss pricing prior to any bookings in order to achieve the best price possible. Just let me know if there's any situation which will result in increased occupancy for parts of your stay (for example) and we can work out a price based on your specific circumstances.
