Idyllic apartment in 18th century Tuscan villa

Dopo tanti giorni così stressanti passati obbligatoriamente a casa  è arrivato il momento di passare un periodo di meritato relax. In un angolo della nostra villa del 700, offriamo un appartamento con due camere da letto, un soggiorno e una cucina che accoglie facilmente una piccola famiglia. Circondata da uno splendido giardino con accesso alla piscina offre un'esperienza indimenticabile lontano dalle strutture alberghiere del turismo di massa. The sink is original from the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) s and the apartment has been fully renovated but retains its cosy, homely feeling. A long forgotten fresco of a grandfather clock was discovered during renovation and has been kept, along with the original flagstone floors. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the other two twin beds and the bathroom is modern and fully equipped. The windows look out onto the private chapel on the grounds as well as the beautiful courtyard, ancient gates and back of the villa. The apartment sleeps four, but if your group is larger, we also have other properties on site available. Cots can be provided for infants. Wifi is available and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Full access to the pool and gardens. Come and enjoy! Heating is charged separately at the end of your stay. We are here to make your stay the best possible! We are at this little village called Casalguidi. By car, you can reach many small cities around. We are 30 min distant from Florence, 35 min from Lucca and 1 hour from Pisa. You'll be able to see all the beauties of Tuscany and we will be glad to help you. The closest station from here is in Pistoia. There's a bus from this station that stops not far from here. If you need, we can arrange a car trip from/to the station. If you have a car, you can park here for free during your stay. Linens and towels are provided. The apt has all basic electro domestic (refrigerator, stove, electric oven, microwave oven, water boiler, iron, hair dryer). Free wifi included. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR HEALTH SECURITY HOUSE CLEANING PROTOCOL Before the arrival of our guests the place is thoughroughly cleaned. Linen (sheet, pillows, towels, kitchen canvas,...) are washed at the highest temperature. Furthermore with a liquid containing 70% alcohol will especially igienize 1. Instruction manual The apartment is provided with cleaning gel and paper, hand soap and hipoclorite to igienize whatever you think is needed anytime. POOL IGIENIC PROTOCOL The big umbrellas and lawn chairs will be posted very far from each other. The pool water is sanitized by using chlorine. The title of the water is controlled daily to afford maximum security. Everytime guests change we will igienize all the common surfaces with liquid containing 70% of alcohol. In the pool area you will find a gel that can be used to igienize your hands. Furthermore you will be provided with swimming towels to be used only around the pool.
