Large double ideal for work/study, across UoB

Welcome to our lovely spacious house with big sunny garden. We are ideally located within a 10 min bus ride into town or a 5 min walk to the University. The Edgbaston cricket ground is also in walking distant and Canon Hill park is just around the corner. If the calendar shows full you can always contact me to see if there is another room available as i have more doubles available The double rooms are nicely decorated and have a wardrobe, desk and chair and hospitality tray and share a bathroom. Our guest can make full use of the big family kitchen to do their own cooking or just warm something up in the micro wave. In the summer you can also enjoy the sunny terras in the garden. We are a very sociable couple who love to make you feel welcome in our home but also respect your privacy.
