EMA (Red House)

'Ενα όμορφο σπίτι για σας και την οικογένειά σας ή τους φίλους σας!!Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος έξω από την Λευκίμμη.Οδικώς απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Λευκίμμης και 40 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο και την πόλη της Κέρκυρας!!Η παραλία της Μπούκας απέχει μόλις 500 μέτρα από το σπιτι!Είναι υπερυψωμένο και περιφραγμένο,αυτονομό με 1 στρεμμα κήπο και πάρκινγκ!!Στο σπίτι υπάρχει πλήρης κλιματισμός. Πρόκειται για ένα ανακαινισμένο παραδοσιακό σπίτι με κερκυραϊκά χρώματα μέσα σε μια πανδαισία ελαιοδεντρων και πρασίνου!! - 1. Please do not throw trash in the toilet (paper, towels, or feminine hygiene products). -2. During the air-conditioning operation, please keep the veranda doors and windows closed. -3. Every time you leave the house please check that the lights, the air-conditioning and all electric appliances are turned off. -4. Please do not wash the linen and the towels of the house before check out. -5. Smoking is permitted on the veranda only. -6. The house does not provide sea bath towels. Please bring your own sea bath towels. -7. In case of any damage or malfunction, please let us know immediately. -10.When the time comes to end your holidays,please do NOT leave the keys on the door before exiting the house.
