The Cottage, Parsonage Farmhouse with hot tub

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious and sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. There is a large well equipped kitchen with dining, a bathroom and a shower room, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. A lovely rural retreat. The cottage is bright and airy with a large, well equipped kitchen and separate utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is a spacious sitting room with cable tv and a DVD player and 2 good sized double bedrooms. One with twin beds and one with a double. A cot and highchair for babies. There are 2 bathrooms one downstairs with shower and the other en-suite with a bath. It is set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse with gorgeous views across the hills and valley. The garden is large and sunny with a trampoline and swing set and slide for children. A large patio area to the front of the cottage is the perfect way to relax on the sun loungers or dine alfresco. There is also a hot tub for your personal use now situated next to the cottage!! The whole cottage is for your personal use and you also have use of the hot tub, large garden with swing set and trampoline. On the patio is an outdoor table and chairs that seat 6 and two sun loungers. We have a large courtyard so there is plenty of parking right next to the cottage. We live in the main farmhouse and I am always around if you need me. I will be there to welcome you and show you around and provide you with all the info you need about pubs, shops and the local area. Then we like to leave you in peace to enjoy your stay but my door is always open if you need me. The cottage is set in Dinnington, a tiny Somerset village with a wonderful village pub 500 yards walk away! It is extremely quiet here and there is virtually no passing traffic but we are only 10 minutes of the A303 and it is 10 minutes to our two local towns with large supermarkets etc. We are only 1/2 hour from the beautiful south dorset/devon coast. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and there are plenty of walks through fields and around lakes all walkable from the door. The near-by village of Hinton st. George is picture postcard gorgeous and has a village shop, gastro pub and tearooms. You will need a car to come to us and there is ample parking right outside the cottage in our farm courtyard. I breed Golden Retrievers and Havanese and we have 6 goldens and 2 Havanese living in the main house with us. They are kept separate from the cottage and won't bother you unless you would like a visit and then they will always welcome a cuddle! However if you really aren't a dog lover we may not be for you.
