Casa Sur is the perfect house, located in the center of the island with great sea views and views of the volcanoes of Timanfaya, a 5m x 3m and 1.8 max. deep heated salt water pool (no chlorine) and equipped with great detail. Conil is very well connected with the best parts of the island, visits to volcanoes, vineyards, wineries and its great beaches. Perfect to relax and recharge your batteries and nearby to get everything you need you have the town of Tias. There are 3 bikes for our guests, free of charge and also we have a reliable wifi connection reaching approx. 20 Mbps, ideal for working remotely from home The house does not lack anything, the best of views, perfect location, a 5m x 3m salt water heated pool (no chlorine), equipment and decorative detail, all designed for you to enjoy a full stay. A high level home that will allow you discover Lanzarotes’ charm. It is distributed on two floors and has two bedrooms, on the upper floor a bedroom with double bed, with a safe and terrace with views, bathroom equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality amenities (gel-shampoo and moisturizer dispenser) ) and an extra terrace with views of the sea and the volcanoes. The other bedroom is on the ground floor with two single beds and access to the terrace and the second bathroom with the same equipment as the one above. Smart-TV SAT area with 46 "screen, sofa-bed, kitchen-dining room, heated salt water pool (no chlorine), large garden with barbecue area, solarium with hammocks and terrace furniture. Conil is in the center of the island, very well connected with the main sites of the island, La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Famara and shopping areas less than 10 minutes by car. The area is known for its tranquility, the majority of residents are habitual residents. Being in the center of the island is perfect to combine rest and sightseeing. WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organize your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival. The check in time is from 3:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 12:00 PM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability. CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturizer dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information. CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
