The beautiful village of Osterville is uniquely situated between Hyannis and Mashpee which puts it in the middle of most of the other towns making it easily assessible to all entertainment and site seeing locations. Our neighborhood is very quiet. However, there is easy access to route 28 (Falmouth Rd.) which is the main artery connecting most of the villages/towns. We are located close to route 28, the main artery connecting many towns/villages. Close proximity to restaurants, entertainment and beaches. Fun areas for bike riding in and around the neighborhood. 100% smoke-free property No pets allowed
