Charming villa located in the center of Sarpsborg. 200 m to railway station, 150 m to bus station and 3 minutes walk to mall, restaurants, pubs, etc. 15 minutes walk to beautiful lake Tunevannet and 20 minutes drive to the seaside. This 100 year old wooden villa has everything you may need, with a large open kitchen and a spacious living room. Huge private outdoor space with garden furniture and a double carport. 3 private bedrooms and additional beds possible. Secluded backyard. Down town. The villa has 2 large bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with double bed. If needed, you can easily fit 2 more single beds in the largest bedroom, and even 2 more in the children's playroom of the same floor. (You'll need to walk through the children's playroom to get to bedrooms 1 and 3.) 3 private bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 extra toilet room. Large lounge and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Huge decking/patio. Secluded backyard with double carport. The entire property is your private residence. You will not share anything with anyone. A large landing area on the top of the stairs, and a big entrance hall give you a lot of storage space for your luggage. I will welcome you at your arrival and guide you through the practical things you need to know. Anyway, I'll only be a phone call away. The historical city of Sarpsborg celebrated 1000 year in 2016. The city center offers you the beautiful park of Kulås, the charming pedestrian zone with shops and several restaurants. The nearby mall is located at the end of the pedestrian zone and in the same building as the bus station. In a nice summer day, the locals love to spend the day at the lake of Tunevannet. Perfectly located for several reasons: 80 km to the capital Oslo, 30 km to the Swedish boarder, 20 km to the seaside. If you like downhill skiing, you will find Kjerringåsen ski center which is just under 30 minutes drive from the city. If you prefer cross country skiing, there is a track (lysløypa) which you can even visit in the evenings since it is floodlit. All bedrooms are upstairs. My home is regrettably not accessible with a wheel chair.
