Bright studio is located in new residental building Rezidenca Pipanova, built in 2020. In the outskirts of Ljubljana in a quiet neighbourhood of houses, in a vicinity of the railway, Ljubljana ring road and motorway. 30m2 studio is bright, simple, very comfortable with floor heating, ventilation with recuperation and soundproff windows. All of these ensures comfortable stay, wellbeing and healthy enviroment. There is a bar at the ground floor where you can have breakfast or just a coffe. Studio includes a sleeping/ living area, separate bathroom, small kitchen and covered balcony. Self check in. Entrance with one-time generated code or smart phone. There are two beds 90cm x 200cm which can be arranged together as double bed or two seperated beds. Child or other third person can sleep in the middle if beds are put together. Smart TV and fast WiFi. Elegant kitchen contains In a bathroom there is a large shower and washing machine. Entire studio is just for you. I will not be on a spot, but you can contact me anytime during your stay. Studio location is ideal starting point to Gorenjska region: Airport Jože Pučnik- Brnik (15 min by car), Bled (30 min by car), Bohinj (55min by car), Kranjska gora (55 min by car) It takes 10 min driving to the center of Ljubljana and 1 min to motorway. There is also railway station close to the building, so you can go to center by train. Stop for bus no.1 and stops for busses no.8, 8B, 15 and 25. It is advantage to use surrounding nature for walking in the woods or longer hikes on hills around there, including Smarna gora, a famous recreation point for people of Ljubljana. Building is located by the railway but it's not disturbing at all. First, because of light traffic and second, there are soundproof windows (Sound characteristics of windowpanes (37 dB) and facade wall (42 dB) allow for pleasant accommodation and sleep, even near windows).
