The entire property is rented as a single unit and is ideal for a group of friends, family celebrations or occasions. The main house can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. A stone house can accommodate a couple and the large rustico has two apartments. There are 2 double bedrooms for 4 people each. There is also a stone house studio for 2 people with single beds. The 20 m long swimming pool, the garden with swing and climbing frame offer plenty of space for young explorers. 2 outdoor dining tables can accommodate 12 adults each. The main kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook in company. Each apartment and the stone house also have their own kitchen and can be used if necessary. Day trips take you to the beaches of Forte dei Marmi or Cinque Terre, where you can take a boat rental or stroll to spectacular locations. For a bit of culture, Parma, Lucca and Pisa can be reached in just over an hour. Florence is 2 hours away, but it's also doable. The village of Bagnone is 4 km away and offers a number of restaurants, grocery stores and cafes, Filetto is a picturesque delight and Pontremoli is also nearby. 2 WiFi areas in the main house reach part of the garden, all other houses have Ethernet data points Bathing and diving in the river are just as much fun in Bagnone as the Monday morning market for fresh products.
