The Canberra Hotel is an Art Deco inspired Hotel in Ballarat. Close to Lake Wendouree and City Centre, we offer two apartments, the first the Prime Ministers Suite with King, Queen and Twin. There is a kitchen and living room and two bathrooms. The Second apartment is the Opposition Leaders Suite with Queen and en-suite and tea/Coffee facilities. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a code to access the front door and your apartment door, generally the day of your arrival, well before check in at 3pm. 'Her Maj' has a proud history and is Australia's oldest continuously operated theatre. Over the June long weekend, the Mining Exchange in Lydiard Street houses the Ballarat Antique Bazaar.
