The villa “Casa Nira” is situated in the countryside in Mácher and is the ideal accommodation for discovering the island with friends or family. The 2-storey property, which is located just a short drive from Puerto del Carmen, consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with one king-size bed and 2 single beds, one with 2 king-size beds and one with a sofa bed and one king-size bed) as well as 4 bathrooms (2 are en suites with a bath with hydro massagers) and can therefore accommodate 20 people. An additional double room for large groups is available on request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a fireplace, a 65" flat screen TV with a surround sound system, a baby cot and a highchair. In your private outdoor area, you will find a balcony, a garden, multiple furnished terraces (open and covered) and seating areas, a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower. The villa also boasts a fitness room as well as a sauna where you can relax after an eventful day. There is also a table tennis table in the house. The impressive outdoor area invites you to relax under the warm sun while you admire the view of the bay of Puerto del Carmen and of the mountains. 2 restaurants can be reached on foot in 3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 9-minute walk away (700 m). In approximately 7 minutes driving you will reach Puerto del Carmen which offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Here you can also visit the beautiful beach Playa Blanca which is a 10-minute drive from the villa (5.8 km). Approximately 100 m from the property there is a bus stop from where you can get a bus to Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. This bus runs every hour. Parking spaces are available on the property.
