The large kitchen with dining table, along with the fully equipped kitchen allows the guests cooking delicious meals or just have breakfast before leading out to explore the area. The day area offers a good size living room with a sofa and a tea table, a large bedroom with private balcony and a closet room. The tailored bathroom fits a modern shower, WC, bidet and a sink. The apartment is also equipped with independent heating and air conditioning systems. Due to its strategic location, it is easily accessible by train from Milano Cadorna (the train stop Como Borghi is just 2 min walking distance), while outside the Condo there is plenty of toll parking (free from 19.00 to 8.00, otherwise it costs 1€/hour). It also within easy walking distance to the Supermarket Esselunga (5 min) which is open everyday from 8.00 to 20.00, as well as the old town with all its shops, restaurants churches, museums and the Duomo (10 min walking). the same time will take You to reach the Lake Como and boat terminals to reach the nearest small villages as Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Torno, Blevio or to take a tour to the central part of the lake and visit Bellagio/Varenna/Menaggio/Tremezzo/Lenno. The funicular Brunate can be reached in 15 min walking and it is also worth visiting as it takes You to village of Brunate which lays about 800 m above the sea level and it offers a wonderful experience with breathtaking and unique sceneries and landscape overlooking the Lake and the magnificent town of Como!
