Converted 2 storey barn within the grounds of private home, 9 miles from Bristol and 4 miles from Bristol airport. Both bedrooms have freestanding sink units and ensuite shower rooms, one with a king sized bed and the other twin beds. Single bed and workspace on the large landing area. Downstairs open plan kitchen/living space with smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Secure airport parking available. The Barn is within the grounds of our 16th century Grade II listed farmhouse. The barn is situated at the entrance to the property behind secure gates and with parking right outside on our driveway. It has been converted to a high standard and retains its original charm. The open plan living-kitchen space has windows all along one side making it lovely and light. There are two good sized sofas and smart tv with free-sat, dining table and 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 stools. Wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the large landing has a single bed and work station and there are doors leading to the toilet and the 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom is the same size. The bedroom to the front has a king sized bed, sink unit and shower space with excellent shower. Please note there is no door on the shower room only a door to the bedroom itself. There are views across to the hills from the front bedroom. The bedroom to the rear is a mirror of the front bedroom but with twin beds and velux roof lights. The barn does not have its own private garden but it does have an area of planting to the front and is well screened from neighbours. There is a bench and a bistro table and chairs for sitting outside. We can provide a cot, baby bath and high chair on request. We will provide the gate code for first entry and the keys will be in a key safe. You will have a gate fob to come and go and won't need to interact with us but we live in the main house and so will be available if required. We will provide a contact number or you can come across and ring our bell. We are tucked off a residential street close to the centre of Nailsea (20 minutes walk to the centre where there is a Waitrose, shops and cafes). Bristol Airport is 4.2 miles away and we can offer airport parking on request. Within 5 minutes walk is a family butchers, a Co-op, fish and chip shop and pub. Nailsea and Backwell train station is 1.4 miles away and has direct trains to Bristol and London. There is excellent walking from the property in the surrounding countryside. Cadbury Camp (Iron age fort) is a short hike up the hills opposite for some fantastic views. Tyntesfield National Trust property is a few miles away as well as Clevedon with its Victorian pier and cinema.
