This is a split entry home with 4 bedrooms, 2300 sqft. - Kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, keurig coffee & tea - Home is equipped with high-end CB2 and West Elm furniture UPPER FLOOR: - Living room, dining, kitchen, laundry room - Master bedroom w/ ensuite (King bed) - 2nd bedroom w/ hall bath (Queen bed) LOWER FLOOR: - Family room with ice hockey table and dart board; - Kids room with two bunk beds (4 single beds) - Game room with floor cushions, pillows, tables, books, toys and boardgames - Garage Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire place including the garage. The Neighborhood: This house is located in the Sierra County Club community near Coupeville. You are in a quiet residential community close to beaches and ocean. There are kids playground and a seasonal pool for guests enjoyment. Coupeville is centrally located on Whidbey Island. While the town itself is highly worth exploring (famous for Penn Cove mussels!), it's within 20-30 mins driving distance to most attractions on the island including Ebey's Landing, city of Oak Harbour, Deception Pass, etc. Other Things to Note: - Pets: Well trained pets are welcome here! Please note that we do not have a fenced backyard and strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets. A $50/pet one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. - Community pool: This home is part of the Sierra Country Club community which has a seasonal community pool (currently closed and will be opened around Memorial Day). There will be a $2/person charge at the door for each use of the pool. - The nightly rate covers 6 guests. This home sleeps up to 8 guests. The 7th and 8th guests are additional at $25 per guest per night Interaction with Guests: Hosts do not live on site but will be available via messages to answer any questions guests have.
