Summary: Situated in Liverpool's stunning Georgian Quarter, this apartment offers true 5★ living like nowhere else in the city. Huge Chesterfield headboards adorn the high walls of the grand bedrooms with a super comfortable hotel-style super-king beds to match. There are two bathrooms, one with a luxurious wet-room complete with power shower. *Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, no hen/stag parties or other events are accepted at any time.We have CCTV in communal areas and noise monitoring devices in the apartment. No exceptions* *A parking permit is required at the property and it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make sure this is displayed. Please make sure the parking permit is displayed when using the parking space.* The Space: Located on a lovely quiet cobbled street, the place is bright and airy with period features like high ceilings, huge windows and oversized rooms. The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished and is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home, with a bit of extra luxury thrown in too! It's just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre, where you'll find an abundance of lovely of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues. Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, we do not accept any loud noise or parties groups of any such in this property. Guest Access: The guests have the whole apartment to themselves. The building houses three apartments, there are communal hallways and a shared main door from the street. The Neighborhood: The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. We are located on a quiet residential street and as such do not accept any parties, hen dos or stag dos whatsoever, regardless of age. The building is fully equipped with CCTV and noise monitors and any breaches of these rules will result in eviction without refund. We have plenty of other suitable properties - please just ask us. Getting Around: The city centre is less than a 10 minute walk away through the stunning architecture of the Georgian Quarter and past the famous Anglican Cathedral. There is one on road parking space available for this apartment via displaying the parking permit provided. Other Things to Note: ***Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector*** *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: Guests can contact us 24/7, however, we are not intrusive in any way and like to leave guests to enjoy their stay.
