Summary: The air-conditioned Villa consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator and a washing machine, a dining area and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Free private on-site parking is also available. NOTE: The air conditioning is on a separate meter and is provided on a fair usage policy. Enough credit will be topped up for your stay providing that air conditioning units are used correctly and set at 23/24c with all doors and windows closed. If the credit runs out during your stay it means you have used it excessively and you will have to pay for top-up cards that are available. The Space: Villa Anastasia offers fully equipped accommodation with a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with an outdoor seating and dining area shaded by two pergolas surrounded by a secluded garden. Guest Access: Guests will have full and exclusive access to the property, pool and surroundings. The Neighborhood: Ayia Thekla is an area on the western edge of Ayia Napa. Just east of the beach is Ayia Thekla church and a collection of ancient tombs in the rocks. Just west of the beach is a beach bar where the weekly market is held year round every Wednesday. The main beach is a small horseshoe of soft sand with several rocky islands just a short way out. For several miles west towards Potamos Liopetriou the rocky shore line is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot. Kite surfers and paragliders also use Ayia Thekla beach for practice and it is a popular spot for jogging and walking along the coastal pathway. In Spring the area is a riot of wildflowers and the sea shore is very pretty. The beach bar at Ayia Thekla ia also the home of a weekly market which is on all year round on Wednesday mornings. There are few other amenities in the Ayia Thekla area, besides a small mini-market and a fast food stand. A lot of the villas in the area are holiday rentals although there is a small resident population as well. Getting Around: Car hire is highly recommended for those staying in Ayia Thekla due to the few amenities within walking distance. The area is served by the hourly bus from Potamos Liopetriou (service 509) which runs through the centre of Ayia Napa before heading on to Paralimni village. A more regular bus service (service 101/102) is available more frequently from the waterpark at the eastern edge of Ayia Thekla.
