The house has a grey water system, reverse cycle hot water system, an inbuilt composting unit in the sink, double glazing, insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling. We will leave you alone but are happy to take a phone call if you have any queries. Falmouth is a small township out on a headland, (there is no shop but the nearest one is only 10kms away) approx half way between St Helens and Bicheno, an ideal location for exploring the surrounding East Coast or just kicking back and relaxing. There is a beautiful beach of white sand that stretches for 10kms and a tidal lagoon. At the top end of the lagoon you will find the Winifred Curtis Reserve with an abundance of bird life. The fishing is great in the area, plus there are lots of choices for swimming, surfing, wind surfing, kayaking or the more relaxing option of sitting on a beach ( multiple beautiful and empty beaches) watching the waves roll in. Not far away to the south is the Douglas Apsley National Park, Freycinet National Park and to the north the Bay of Fires, Binalong Bay and the Blue Tiers, or up the St Marys Pass is St Patrick's Headland (Paddy's Head) and the South Sister to climb for stunning views. You need to have your own vehicle to access Falmouth.
