Whether you spend your days beachcombing, tidepooling, or boating up the Rogue River, you'll love coming home to a private back yard where you can barbecue, unwind, and let your dogs stretch their legs freely. This single-level home feels warm and spacious, with polished rooms that are full of light. The living room has ample seating, an electric fireplace, and a streaming-equipped flatscreen TV, while the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances (including a double oven and a dishwasher) and white cabinetry. When you're not out and about in Gold Beach sampling the town's great food at Khob Khun Thai Food, Hunger Paynes, or Spinner's, you can get the gas grill going in the fenced backyard, which also includes a gas fire table to gather around when the evening fog moves in. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer - all within walking distance of the coffee shop, the book store, and other downtown conveniences and attractions. Things to Know Full kitchen Up to two dogs are welcome for a nightly fee If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
