Great location comfortable 4 bedroom house 5 min from Port Campbell 10 min from Timboon. 15 acres with distant views of the ocean at a quiet location. Perfect to use to enjoy the Great Ocean Road, Timboon and the fabulous Gourmet Trail, The Otways or to simply relax and enjoy the serenity. Well behaved pooches with good toilet manners most welcome. Views in many directions and lots of room to run around with the kids, play backyard cricket or wander around the paddocks (though no farm animals at the moment). AC with heating in the living room and 3 of the bedrooms and fantastic afternoon sea breezes most days to keep things comfortable. Wood heater for use (outside of summer only please) in the living room. 4G mobile phone reception on most of the property and good fixed wireless nbn wifi. If you're having an indoor day, a big TV with free guest Netflix and amazing Sonos home theatre. The recently renovated kitchen has a full sized dishwasher and big fridge. The ensuite is also recently renovated with a walk in shower and freestanding bath. The brand new main bathroom (a shower and bath) and laundry (washing machine) are combined. There's a big BBQ with wok burner on the deck and outdoor games (usually a footy, backyard cricket set and bocce) are there for you to use along with the hand full of boardgames (including a vintage complete MouseTrap!). You have private access to the whole property. We'll be off site but always available via AirBnb app, email or phone if needed only 2 neighbours within a few hundred metres then nothing for miles. 5 minutes to Port Campbell, 4 to Schulz Organic Creamery & Cafe and 9 to Timboon.
