Virginia’s Dream House( 120m2 ) in Pylos is a fully renovated apartment with private garden, located in a beautiful neighbor in the heart of Pylos. It's 5 minutes’ walk to the central square next to the hospital, pharmacy, super market, coffee shops, bakery, a hairdresser’s and many restaurants and 15 minutes from the best beach in Mediterranean area, Voidokilia Beach. The interior includes a suntrap living room with a large led TV which may be connected with USB access and an office area with a PC computer in your availability. It also includes a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, iron, ironing board and many other useful electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. The 2 bedrooms include new high technology layers for a good & comfortable sleep.The bathroom is equipped with towels, soaps and washing machine. The big balcony has an amazing view to the city and some sea view! Guests have access to the entire house and the garden which is full of local herbs. The entrance has only 4 steps to come in! Last but not least there is fast internet access for the entire house using wi-fi protocol. Free Parking area just across the house. It has direct access to the main roads, leading to several important cities & monuments: The famous castles of Messenia are close by (Castles of Pylos, Methoni & Koroni) and the famous ancient Palace of Nestor (Mycenanean period) as well. Located 42km from Kalamata’s Airport, 15km from Costa Navarino and 5km from Navarino Bay golf course and Navarino water sports. Ideal for the travelers who want to combine relaxation with exploration activities in nearby places, which are full of amazing beaches. Please be aware that parties and loud noise should always be avoided since this is a family house and this part of the town is relatively quite. Also smoking is prohibited in the house.
