At the heart of the Alsatian vineyard

Cozy room, located in Barr, a charming little town, close by, the wine trail, châteaux and small villages that make Alsace so magical. 25 minutes from Strasbourg, and Colmar, and their beautiful Christmas markets. Other Christmas markets : Barr Dec 1-2, 8-9, 15-16, Obernai (15 min by car), Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr (20 min by car) The room is on the ground floor of our house. The surrounding area offers countless hiking possibilities (GR5, Mont Sainte Odile, Château du Landsberg, ...) and many historical sites (Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, Roman churches, ruins, ...) The tourism office, at 150 meters, offers electric bikes hire. (day / half day) Less than one hour from the biggest and greatest Theme Park and resort in Europe : Europapark. (URL HIDDEN) You'll have access to your private room, and at the other side of the hallway, a private bathroom, with toilets, shower cubicle, and wash basin. We provide a breakfast, from 7am in the week, and from 8am in the week-end. We'll be happy to help you during your stay, to find whatever you want. There are many restaurants nearby, to suit all tastes (winstub, gourmet, family-style, ...) On Saturday morning, there's a traditionnal market, 2 min by foot. The railway station is 10 min by foot. Hourly trains to Strasbourg (43 min) We have a cat in the house, but it doesn't go to the room we rent.
