The space is minimalist yet clean and modern. The bedrooms are well-sized, featuring comfortable beds with built-in wardrobes allowing longer-term guests the flexibility to store their items, allowing the space to feel more like home. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom located upstairs at the end of the landing hosts a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a 32” Samsung wall-mounted TV, ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and balcony with outdoor seating for 2 people. Bedroom 2 - This second bedroom hosts a queen-size, a bed-side table, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and skylight. Bedroom 3 - Two comfy single beds feature in this room with a shared bedside table, a study desk, leather chair and desk light. Bathroom/s: The main shared bathroom is located at the top of the stairs next to Bedroom 3 and showcases a large shower, toilet and vanity. The ensuite bathroom attached to Bedroom 1 also hosts a large shower, toilet and vanity. Living Room + Courtyard: On the lower level of the house, guests will find a wooden floorboard living space attached to the tiled kitchen. -6 seater dining table -1 x 3 seater couch -1 x 2 seater couch -50” Hisense Smart TV Outside guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the courtyard space with a bench seat and outdoor dining table suited for 6 people. Kitchen: This modern and stylish kitchen has all the mod cons including a gas stovetop, large oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster. There’s loads of bench space so you won’t feel cramped when prepping for a meal or looking for a space to put your things. Laundry: Downstairs, next to the kitchen is a European laundry with a combo washer/dryer, sink & clothes rack Transport from Airport: - 15-20 Minutes (depending on traffic) by Uber (around $20 - $30 dollars) - Public transport from Adelaide Airport (about $20 per person) is generally complicated and takes a long time (over 35-mins). You will need to take the bus (J1, J1G, J1X, J2) from the airport then the bus (171, 172) with a short walk to the property. Parking: The property has secure garage parking which can fit 1 medium-sized SUV vehicle. A remote will be provided for guests to allow for easy access throughout their stay. Heating/Cooling: Throughout all the seasons, you’ll always feel comfortable in the unit with a ducted system pumping hot or cold air into all rooms and spaces throughout the house. The main switch and zone controller is conveniently located upstairs on the wall near the bathroom. Simple instructions will be provided within the guest guide and on the wall above the unit. Baby Essentials: The apartment is fully furnished however I may not be able to provide certain baby essentials. Feel free to ask prior to booking as I may be able to accommodate, but those travelling with babies are recommended to bring their own change table, cot, and highchair if required. Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. I like to let guests self-check-in and enjoy their stay in private, I am always contactable and responsive via Airbnb app or by phone. For anything urgent, I can attend in person if needed.
