The spacious 76 m² apartment - over 3 m ceiling height - is located in a quiet building in the middle of the 5th district. The living room has a spacious living area with a built-in double bed, a wall unit, a pull-out dining table and chairs for 6 people, a coffee table, a smart flat-screen TV. The two elongated bedrooms each have a double bed and a queen bed with a closet. Anteroom with wardrobe, bench and mirror. The very small bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, mirror cabinet and is unfortunately in the kitchen area. The elongated kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a stove with oven and ceramic hobs, a cooker hood, a dishwasher, a washing machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. Since it is a private apartment, you will soon have a feeling like "at home". There is no smoking in the apartment, but you can smoke in the yard. Apart from pepper and salt, there are other spices, vinegar, oil, ketchup, mustard, jams, fruit syrup, etc. in the kitchen. However, the culinary highlight is the roasted LINDBERGH coffee of my brother. Tea drinkers will always find various teabags on site. At the grocery Billa 83m away you can find everything! Except my brother's coffee! Since I am working, I can call only from 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I try to answer e-mails very quickly. Messages can be left anytime, l'll answer as soon as possible. I welcome my guests, if possible in person, and explain everything on site! Of course I am available for questions of my guests at any time! Information material about the city of Graz or events in German, English, French and Hungarian is in the apartment. Good and reasonable restaurants, such as the "Wirtshaus Bernsteiner"in the Bethlehemgasse 3 and the "Ungerhof" in the Ungergasse 18 are in the vicinity. The centre is a 10-minute walk away. A park is located diagonally opposite. Nearby, the Postgarage, a multifunctional event hall, as well as the Orpheum - the venue for rock, pop, jazz and cabaret - offer all year round events. The indoor pool "Bad zur Sonne" with a 25 m swimming pool is 7 min away! A grocery store - Billa - is 2 buildings away. The City Park Graz, the most popular shopping centre of the locals, with over 100 shops, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
