Located in a suburb of Rethymno city, Villa Natura is conveniently close to the picturesque old town of Rethymno (only 4 km away) and all kinds of shops. Its location is also a convenient base to explore the nearby villages and beaches. Villa Natura is a three-storey residence renovated property, covering 250 sq. m. on a plot of land 2,000sq. m. The five bedroom villa provides the amenities for a self catered holiday and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in beds. Layout Ground Floor Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves in a spacious open plan living area consisting of the living room, dining area, sitting room with the fireplace and the kitchen. The living room features a three large sofas and a treadmill. Next to the living room is the dining area with a table that can seat up to 12 persons. From the living room and the dining room large glass doors open onto a balcony with an outdoor dining table offering mountain and sea views. Right next to the dining room is the sitting room with two sofas and a 32” HDTV, Playstation and bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen and kitchen table is situated next to the sitting room and provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. The kitchen has balcony doors that lead you to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. Finally on this level there is an air conditioned bedroom with one double bed (1,60x2,00) as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower. First Floor Reaching the first floor through the wooden staircase, guests will find another three bedrooms of the villa. There is the master bedroom with a double bed (1,60x2,00) which has a walk-in closet, HDTV, AC and a balcony with sea views. The master bedroom’s ensuite bathroom offers a jacuzzi, a hydromassage shower cabin with sauna and a private balcony. The second bedroom of the first floor offers a double bed (1,60x2,00), AC, closet and a private balcony. The third bedroom of the first floor offers a double bed (1,60x2,00), AC and a balcony with sea views. In between the second and third bedrooms there is a bathroom with a shower. Finally there is a mini fridge in the corridor of the first floor and a storage room containing the villa’s washing machine and clothes dryer. Attic Stairs from the first floor lead you upstairs to the attic with a wooden vaulted ceiling which contains four single beds and a fireplace.
