Pozzuoli and Lucrino apartment with terrace

‘Residenza Di Mare’ is a bright and airy apartment located in Lucrino with lake views. It is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing from all the archaeological sites the area has to offer. It has some fantastic diving locations close by as well as the local beach . The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace so easily accessible for guests with mobility difficulties . A few minutes from the station with trains to Pozzuoli port with ferries to Ischia and Procida. The rooms are spacious and clean the apartment has one double bedded room, the second bedroom has two single beds . There is a modern kitchen fully equipped including washing machine , microwave, coffee maker and kettle we also provide an iron and ironing board. The kitchen opens out into a dining room which leads onto large living room with TV, the sofa turns into a sofa bed accommodating a further two guests with doors leading to terrace . All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets. There is Wi-Fi throughout and air conditioning. If coming by car there is private parking on site.The location of the apartment beside lake Lucrino is beautiful with lots of activities within walking distance . The apartment will continue to be vigorously cleaned thoroughly between guests. The apartment is for the guests sole use. Self check in available with use of key box . Lucrino is a small area within the province of Pozzuoli. It is close to the ancient sites in Cuma. Near to lake Averno , great for walking or cycling. Of course worth a visit is the sunken city in Baia which is five minutes away by car ,arrangements can be made to hire a boat. During the summer months Parco dei Laghi opens it doors offering food stalls and a playground. Minutes away there are several pizzerias and a la carte restaurants. There is a bar serving coffee and fresh croissants in the morning and snacks during the day a couple of minutes walk away. A few extra minutes by foot will take you to a large supermarket .There is also a gym in the same complex. The local beach is two minutes away and there is also a Lido both offer a view of Capri. Ideal for couples ,groups of friends and families. An area of natural beauty and places close by offering spa treatments . The train station is two minutes by foot and serves Pozzuoli a vibrant fishing town with a pedestrianized square serving some of the best ice cream we recommend the 'Casa Infante' . Trains also leave from Lucrino to Naples and from there onward to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Transport from the airport to the apartment can be arranged at an additional cost subject to availability , we can also arrange trips to Pompeii and Vesuvius . Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment . The property has passed local authority inspection and complies with safety standards for private rentals .
