Welcome to our 3 room apt with fireplaces, large kitchen and one of Stockholm's most beautiful courtyards. The apartment is located close to the subway, shops and cozy cafes, located in a safe and culturally area only 10 min to the city center. A child-friendly home on the ground floor. A Modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom with a small tub and shower and heated floors. Two bedrooms and a living room with two working fireplaces. The flat is 75 kvm. Bikes are available as well as sleds for the kids. Free access to Wi-Fi and Kabel-TV. We would like to meet our guests to leave the key and explain how things work. Friendly small-town feel but close to downtown. Charming selection of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, shops nearby. Family friendly, trendy, vivid, parks for picnics and playgrounds for children. Perfect if you drive a car, you can park outside the door - but the last year you have to pay around 10 skr per hour between 8-19. During winter, it is nice to go sledding on the small hill that is outside the window. Two minute walk to the Metro Red Line which will take you to Södermalm in a few minutes and city center in 10 minutes. There are also buses that take you to town or around the southern suburbs. It is close to Stockholm International Fairs. Free parking is available outside on the street. Just 15-20 min walk to beautiful Vinterviken as in summer offer you swimming and rocks in Lake Mälaren in winter you can go skating or walking on the ice with lots of other strollers.
