An industrial apartment near the center of Prague

Dear guests , I would like to invite you to stay in our small apartment in Holešovice Prague 7. It is located near centre of the Prague . Near is ZOO Troja and park Stromovka .There is nearby a lot of restaurants , wine cellars and cafes (Karlin, Palmovka)The apartment is located near center ,but still quite location . Very good 24 hours public transport. A maximum of 4 adults can sleep in the apartment. 2 persons on the double-bedded king-size bed and 2 persons on the sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom The apartament is located at Holesovice Marinas right by the river. The nearest train station is MANINY (7 mins walk) and metro station NADRAZI HOLESOVICE (14 mins walk) as you can see on the map. If you want to go to the center like Venceslav square, then it will take you about 10 minutes by metro to station MUZEUM. The Prague airport is with city transport about 1 hour far away. With uber about 25 minutes and it would cost you around 300czk. City transport is much cheaper but you would have to take the bus #191 from airport to station PETRINY and from there tram #1 to station MANINY. The best app for the city transport are (Hidden by Airbnb) maps. Very good 24 hours public transport accessibility.Metro-Nádraží Holešovice or Palmovka ,Tram stops , Bus stops Please be respectful towards the neighbors ,be particular between 10pm-7am. Please no noisy ,no loud music ,no parties ,no smoking . And naturally please treat apartment with care like would your own. So feel like at home Very good 24 hours public transport accessibility .Metro stop -Nádraží Holešovice or Palmovka ,Tram stops , Bus stops Tip: if you are hungry, then the nearest grocery store is BILLA infront of the house, but if you dont wanna cook then you should visit restaurant HOME KITCHEN, it on the right side from the flat 1 min away and they cook delicious food :)
