A comfortable room with a double bed, wardrobe and a small balcony. Bagdat Avenue is the 4th best shopping street in the world ! Bagdat Avenue is a notable high street located in the Anatolian part of Istanbul, in Kadikoy. The avenue runs 6 km from Bostanci to Kiziltoprak, almost parallel to the coastline of the Sea of Marmara, within the district of Kadikoy. It is a main street in an upper-scale residential area. The one-way avenue with old plane trees is flanked with shopping malls, department stores, fashion garment stores, elegant shops offering world famous brands, restaurants of international and local cuisine, pubs and cafés, luxury car dealers and bank agencies. Bagdat Avenue can also be considered as a large open-air shopping mall. Most of the retail stores are open on all days of the week, including Sunday afternoon. I rent a private room for your comfy stay in Istanbul @ Bagdat Avenue. Our apartment has 1 living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen, 2 balconies, and 3 bedrooms. Your room has a double bed, a big closet, a chiffonier, and a little balcony. The door can be locked for full privacy. This neighborhood is very pleasant because its offers a quiet day and night life in a well managed area with a large posibility of public transports. You can visit the prince islands : Buyukada, Heybeliada, Burgaz, and Kinaliada by ferries departing near our house, at Bostanci. For touristic visits, a bosphorus tour is organised in Kadıköy (20 min.). The tour takes about 1,5 hour and the cost is ~6€. From the Bagdat Avenue, you can also reach the european side of Istanbul very easily (Taksim, Besiktas, Sirkeci, Eminonu, Beyoglu, Galata) in 30 min. by yellow shuttles (which costs ~3,5€) except rush hours! or by the ferry from Kadikoy by using your Istanbulcard (20min. to Besiktas, Eminonu, Sirkeci). If you're coming by car, you can freely park at the entrance of the building. We have a doorman at the building who provides his services two times a day, in the morning and in the mid-day. You can order your purchases directly to him who will deliver these to you in 30-40 min. Smoking in the whole apartment is forbidden but there is a little balcony in the room as well as a bigger one in the living room. I respect my guests' privacy yet I am open to build new friendships.
