Villa with sea views, 160 steps from the beach

The property is set in it’s own garden with views overlooking the Aegean Sea, just 160 steps from the beach The house has three levels. There are two double bedrooms on the top floor, one triple bedroom on the main floor and one triple bedroom on the lower level, two balconies, four bathrooms, living room, dining room, air conditioning and free WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, a stove, fridge, a dishwasher. A separate freezer, and washing machine are in the utility room. The house is sits at the foot of the mountain, built in the local stone and style. There are three beaches within walking distance, Agios Ioannis, Plaka and Pappa Nero. The property is two minutes walking from the bustling village. There are many things to do in the area, from relaxing on a beach to swimming, hiking, boat trips, tours, eating delicious food, drinking, or just enjoying your surroundings. Whole house. Within walking distance you have everything you need. There are four supermarkets, a butcher, two bakeries, many wonderful tavernas, pizza restaurants, bars coffee shops, souvenir and clothing stores, a travel agency that organizes boat tours, trips to other points of interest, taxis etc. There is also a pharmacy in the village. There is a one way system in the village for cars. The main way to get around the village is walking. Parking is available on the street. There are bikes for hire at the the travel agency, they also do car rentals etc. We include beach towels, umbrellas. There is outdoor furniture for guest to use. Tables clothes, tea towels, tablets for the dishwasher and washing up liquid. Soap, a hair dryer.
