Once you arrive at this centrally located holiday house you can park the car in the garage and walk to everything. The stunning family friendly beach is just across the road, the shopping strip of Rosebud is only three blocks away and the supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, eateries, local hotel, fast food outlets, mini golf and cinemas are all within easy walking distance. If you feel like venturing off, it is a short drive to the back surf beaches of Sorrento and Portsea. A great place to base yourself if you are visiting the many wineries that the Mornington Peninsula boasts as well as the abundance of golf courses nearby. If you are on holidays to pamper yourself then the many day spas and the famous Peninsula Hot-springs are a short drive away. This fully furnished 2 bedroom house has been refurbished and tastefully decorated. It offers complimentary Wifi throughout the property. Bedroom 1 Contains a queen size bed with pillows, doona and quality linen. Bed side tables hold night lamps and each bedroom has double built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 Hosts two extra long king single beds with pillows, donnas and quality bed linen. All linen is supplied and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels) High Chair and port-a-cot are available. (please supply own bedding for port-a cot) Reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning ensure that you are comfortable during your stay and the lounge room also has a ceiling fan. The fully enclosed and private back yard features an alfresco area. An outdoor setting allows you to enjoy alfresco dining on the deck. You can just sit back and soak up the sun with a drink of choice in hand or cook your favourite fresh local seafood on the BBQ. A large umbrella will keep you shaded should you require. The property is close to boat ramps and fishing charters, kite surfing, and summer foreshore carnivals. Visit the nearby wineries, the Enchanted Maze, Strawberry or Cherry farms, walk the trails of the national parks, cycle the 'Bay Trail' really is something for everyone, come and enjoy the Mornington Peninsula.
