The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and an amazing treescape view from the kitchen sink. Single garage and carport Quiet, tranquil with a lovely, magical feel. The cottage is well suited to four guests but the little back bedroom (designed for a child) is proving very popular. Please note the only bathroom in the cottage is immediately adjacent to this bedroom. Entire cottage, garage and garden. Small safe community with many community associations and groups. Great hill walking with trails all over the hills. Swimming dependent on tides. We have a key to the community swimming pool that we make available to guests. There is a community bus service over the hill to the city but bookings are essential Walk to Governors Bay Hotel for the beer garden, lunch or dinner or the famous She Chocolatier and Harbour House Cafe. Lyttelton attractions including many excellent eateries and the famous Saturday Farmer Market, 15 minutes drive around the scenic harbour route.
