Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided. 1km to Krackers Bar & Grill, 2.5 km to Yeppoon shopping centre & 4km to the beach. Free courtesy buses to and from the Railway Hotel, Spinaker and the Sailing Club in Yeppoon. No cleaning fees payable for this property A second bedroom for additional guests with the same party is available. There are 2 comfortable single beds in this room. $25 additional costs for each additional guest with the same party per night. This room is also available if you prefer 2 single beds rather than a queen bed. I am available for any questions or information guests may require in person or via mobile phone. There is a beautiful bush walking trail located one minute from your accommodation. The trail is bitumen and shaded by a canopy of trees on either side. It leads to Yeppoon town and was originally a railway line. BATHROOM You have access to your own private shower, wash basin and toilet. COOKING & LAUNDRY You are welcome to use the kitchen for basic food and drink preparation using the electric jug, toaster, microwave and saucepans on the stove top. Sorry no baking or frying . No oil frying of food indoors. Fridge and freezer space will be available for you. There is a private paved area outside your room with a table and chairs for your use. You can also use the kitchen island bench stools in the living area to consume meals. POOL 8 x 4 metre inground salt water pool available for your use. TELEVISION There is a television in your room with access to free to air broadcasts. WASHING MACHINE Please advise if you reqire use of laundry facilities.
