A beautifully furnished house in the popular family-friendly Swanpool residential area of Falmouth, just 7 minutes walk through the nature reserve to the beach. This spacious, well-maintained and tastefully decorated family home comfortably sleeps 4 and is situated in the popular holiday destination of Falmouth. The bright and light house has one king-size bedroom and two single bedrooms, making it ideal for a family, and it has parking on the driveway. Sandy Toes is a lovely home away from home house in a lovely little area, we have equipped it with all you should want or need during your stay. The whole house is accessible to you on your stay. Swans Reach is a lovely safe residential area with a small play area and lovely hill almost opposite the house and the beautiful Swanpool Beach, with lovely Cafe and Nature reserve is just a 7 minute walk away. There is parking on the driveway for one car but there is usually space on the road if there is more than one car. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, our cleaners are doing a longer and deeper clean than they would normally do. We have temporarily added a dishwasher so all the tableware can be thoroughly washed between bookings. The increased cleaning does mean our check-in and check-out times have changed. If the cleaner finishes earlier, it may be possible to check in earlier than the posted time.
