North Beach Bungalow is a character filled home with a bright, sun filled interior. Intended for small group and family holidays, the home is fitted with all the creature comforts. Located just 500m from the Harbour, beach and all the waterfront facilities Wollongong has to offer. And within easy strolling distance of restaurants, cafés, shops. We cater to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Security cameras monitor the exterior of the property AND sound levels. It's all in the details! At North Beach Bungalow, we know the small details make all the difference. Located short walking distance to the CBD, two surf beaches and Wollongong Harbour, our location cannot be beaten. So that you can pack lightly (or have more room for those extra shoes); every bedside lamp is fitted with wireless phone chargers, we provide all linen, beach and bath towels, iron, hair dryer and pod coffee machine. North Beach Bungalow was built in the early 1900's and exudes character and charm. Despite being renovated to bring out her beauty, the home still has some minor imperfections. There are windows that don't open (we will let you know which ones they are), and there are no fly screens. We make sure that you will still be comfortable with fans in each room as well as air conditioning that cools the entire home. We are very strict with our house rules so we ask that guests ensure they can adhere to these rules. If you are unable to adhere to the below rules then please do not book a stay with us. * We have a maximum of 8 people allowed on the premises unless pre-approved by the host. * There are to be no parties and no excessive noise past 10pm. * We request that guests move inside after 10pm as our neighbour has young children sleeping in close proximity to the outdoor entertaining area. * No pets are allowed on the premises. * No smoking is allowed in the property. If you do wish to smoke please do so away from doors and dispose of cigarette butts in bins. Excess charges will be incurred if cigarette butts are left on the ground outside. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in an early eviction. You will have complete and private access to the entire home during your stay. There is a detached garage on the property that will not be accessible by guests (but don't worry, noone will be accessing the garage during your stay so you will have complete privacy). It is important to note that security cameras monitor the exterior of the property at the front door and back of house/driveway. They will be active during your stay. The Bungalow hosts will be available if you have any questions. There are an abundance of local cafe's, eateries and activities in the surrounding areas. Choices are endless and all within walking distance. Our central location ensures easy access to everything Wollongong has to offer. We will provide an outline of our favourite things at the property for you to peruse while settling in. If you are happy to leave the car behind, you won't miss it. North Beach Bungalow is so centrally located that you will find yourselves walking everywhere. It is a very short stroll to the beach, harbour and free sea water pools. We are also a short walk from the main shopping centre and restaurants. There are two train stations a short walk away (North Wollongong and Wollongong). Uber, Taxi's and local buses are easily accessible at any time of the day/night. North Beach Bungalow is a character filled home with a bright, sun filled interior.
