"bedandkitchen" room in Lund

I have a house 5 km east from the centre of Lund. It is on walking distance to Ericsson, Sony, University of technology and Ideon. In my house you get "bed and kitchen" instead of "bed and breakfast" It means you have full access to the kitchen . Only non smokers! The soundproofing in the house is pretty bad. Therefore it must be silent after 23. No talking,,radio,,SMS,showers... You get "bed and kitchen" instead of "bed and (URL HIDDEN) means you have full access to the kitchen and to all utensils there. All 3 rooms have internet connection. Internet is free if you have your own computer. Close to the house you can safely ,without a fee, park your car. The bus stop is 400m away. 200 meters from my house there is a walking/cycling path to the city or to the nearby village S Sandby if you choose the opposite direction. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the railway station by bike. The kitchen, the laundry, Wifi,parking place. Not much... Im often away.. Im helpfull if somobody needs information about Skania, Lund, practical advice. There is a walking path to the city, ca 5 km If you walk in opposite direction you´ll come to Lunds Golf club and a good restaurant there. 4 buses to the city; 1,3,6 and a yellow bus 166 to Eriksson,Sony ,hospital and the centre. Best by bike. In 15 minutes you are in the centre of Lund. You clean yourself your room and the common places after you have used them. I clean common places : kitchen,toilettes.. 1 time a week. It depends on the guests how the bathrooms and the kitchen look. Normally its OK. I can be away several days. So if you expect perfect cleening its better you take another accommodation. Visitors to you are not allowed. But of course you can have another paying guest in your room a few nights.
