We would like to welcome you to our latest accommodation; this property was once part of the Carr Mill factory founded in 1848, the Coach House Workshop has now been renovated into a stylish one bedroom accommodation. To the front of the Coach House/Workshop there is a private access and parking for one vehicle. There is also a glass enclosed balcony lounge seating area where you can relax, chill and enjoy the peaceful outdoors while having a drink or reading a book. This Holiday Let provides an unusual Upside Down Accommodation with the Living Room, Kitchen and Jacuzzi Bathroom on the first floor. The Main Entrance leads to an Open and Large Airy Living Room that gives you a Barn Conversion feeling with a rather larger than normal Log/Coal Fire. There are High Ceilings, Velux Windows but low Oak Beams so we urge our Guests to be mindful of this, there is a Sign on entering the property as a Reminder of the Low Beams. There is fast Free Wi-Fi, Netflix and PS3 for your Leisure and Pleasure. The accommodation also includes a fully equipped Kitchen which provides most of the amenities that you will need during your stay. There is a good sized Bathroom which is well equipped and has a Jacuzzi Bath. (Careful when adding the Bubble Bath Soak...) The stairs go down to a large, chic and airy Bedroom with a wall mounted T.V for your viewing while relaxing in bed The ideal Retreat to Chill, Relax and Kick Back! The Holiday Home is Self Contained and is for their Sole Use of The Holiday Maker - During their Stay. There are many Local Countryside Walks including the Salt and Pepper Pot Pinnacles plus we are close to the route of the famous Pennie Way. There is also a Local Corner Shop, a Fish 'n' Chip Shop and a Pizza Takeaway, plus a Restaurant known as The Harlequins and the Local Pub. Set in the rolling hills of North Yorkshire where you can step into the picturesque Countryside and Historic Towns and Villages of Skipton, Howarth, Harrogate and Beyond.
