The small villa for 9 guests, 100 meters away from the beach Quadri is a charming holiday home in the complex Dimore Turchesi. It`s a three-floor house with large rooms and large outdoor space furnished with table, chairs and big umbrellas, perfect place to eat lunch or dinner. The rooms are simple and functional: on the ground floor, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor a double bedroom with sea view and the terrace with panoramic view. The outdoor space is funrnished with the necessary for lunch or dinner in the open. The surroundings of Dimore Turchesi Dimore Turchesi is a small complex of holiday homes by the Ionian sea, ideal for a relaxing vacation with beautiful sunsets. It`s 100 meters away from the sea with sandy beaches and beach establishments where the guests can spend their days. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Ninth bed is not included and has an extra cost of euro 10 per person to pay upon arrival. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Divided into 3 floors (basement floor, ground floor and first floor). - There is one air conditioner per floor.
