Sunny one bedroom flat overlooking the Dolomites

The flat is located at 1,600 m in the historic Residence Grand Hotel Carezza, surrounded by the Dolomites Mountains, UNESCO World Heritage. Thirty kilometers away from the city of Bolzano, to which it is connected by a regular bus stopping in front of the Residence, Carezza (Karersee) is an ideal holiday resort both in winter and summer. The ski slopes are only 10 Min waking. The flat includes a living and dining room with a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a king size bed. It can also accommodate 1 or 2 children on the double sofa bed located in the living room. In addition, free Wi-Fi, a shared laundry room and a playroom with table tennis are available on the ground floor of the Residence. I do not live in Carezza, but I will be always reachable via phone (text or call). Rudy, the live-in house manager, will be available anytime in case of need. In winter, Carezza offers more than 40 km of slopes and cross-country skiing, which are located just a short walk from the flat. Ski equipment can be rented in the area. In summer, it is a paradise for those who want to enjoy relaxing walks in the meadows and woods, go hiking, horse riding, playing golf or tennis. There are several typical restaurants nearby, within walking distance, or by car. A small shop with all amenities is located within the Residence. As we do not live nearby, we CANNOT provide bed linen and towels for our guests, but there are duvets and blankets in the flat.
