The main living area is positioned on the second level with an open floor plan consisting of a stylish kitchen well-appointed with dishwasher, oven and hotplate and walk in pantry, the kitchen is fitted with all the essentials including cutlery, crockery and cookware for you to simply walk in and enjoy cooking your own meals whilst you are away. The dining and lounge, are saturated with natural light. Expansive windows and sliding doors to provide easy access to enjoy the north facing balcony with BBQ and split system heating and cooling. The large master bedroom also benefits from the views and has walk in robes and a large ensuite with shower and corner spa bath. Downstairs is the main entry, two large bedrooms with built in robes, spacious bathroom and a separate laundry with plenty of storage and washer/dryer. The entrance is via a paved driveway with its own private lock up garage with internal access. Additional on-site car parking is also provided. The home is managed by Otway Retreats, a boutique, and local property management company based in Apollo Bay. Otway Retreats offer a personal concierge service to assist with local recommendations, tours, and provisioning the home before your arrival to make your stay that extra bit special! LINEN SUPPLIED We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels This home is not pet friendly BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 48 hours of your arrival and held until 7 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released. The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking. If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
