The 8 apartments in this property have recently been completely renovated to give a modern / contemporary feel whilst retaining the character of the original building. Myself & my husband own this property and have managed to turn these apartments into homely environments for our guests to enjoy during their visit. LOCAL OVERVIEW Eccles town centre is literally across the road from the property so it’s perfect for shopping, coffee shops, bars & restaurants. Directly opposite the entrance, on the corner, is my favourite cafe bar that sells the most AMAZING COFFEE, if you get time you must try it ! The ever popular ‘ Monton Village’ is a 10 minute walk away with the numerous wine bars and eateries so well worth a visit. The property is in the perfect location to reach all the main areas in Manchester ie. Media City, Salford Royal Hospital, Old Trafford (Manchester United), Manchester City centre, Manchester Airport ..etc... to name but a few.. Eccles train station is a 1 minute walk away, the tram and bus terminals are less than 2 mins walk. If you have a car/motorbike the motorway junction can be reached in a couple of minutes. These apartments really couldn’t be better situated to travel within the Manchester area.
